The ASD negotiated price for hotels includes all tax and service charges and for most hotels it also includes breakfast. ASD has negotiated with Carlson Wagonlit what we believe to be the best prices for the hotels listed. Although there may always be exceptions and lower price accommodations, please be aware that when looking elsewhere you to check that listed rates factor in tax and service charge and compare before purchasing.

· are still subject to change. Minor changes in the prices can occur from the price mentioned here.
· are prices in Danish kroner. Danish Kroner and the EURO is expected to be fixed at approximately 1 EURO = 7,34 Danish Kr.. The Danish Kroner – US Dollar exchange rate is fluctuating, so please check what the daily exchange rate is.
· are only valid for the conference period 18-22 June, 2004. Prices before or after will need to be negotiated individually.
· include 25% VAT (tax).
· are a special offer only to ASD Conference attendees and persons travelling with them.

The prices for hotels “Esplanaden”, “Neptun” and “The Square” include breakfast and are approximately 50-60% lower than the standard prices in Copenhagen mid-late June 2004.

New (2003) and modern tourist class
hotel with the most central location in Copenhagen at the Town Hall Square only
a few steps from Tivoli and the main railway station. 192 rooms decorated in a

LOW BUDGET OFFER
ASD has negotiated a special arrangement and price with the Copehagen Hostel "LUFTMADRASSEN"
for the days 19-23rd June which is now combined with a special offer for
accommodation at Hotel Mercure at Vester Farimagsgade on the 18th, since "LUFTMADRASSEN/CPH
HOSTEL is now already fully booked the 18th.

HOTEL ACCOR: 34 EURO per person including tax and breakfast. Only 18th June.
LUFTMADRASSEN's special offer for the ASD Conference is 24
EURO (175 Danish Kroner) per day INCLUDING tax and breakfast. This is for 8
person rooms with personal lockers in a very special ambient, friendly, creative
atmosphere. Most people staying there are young (20-40 years, but its not only
for young people). Its adjacent to a very popular summer meeting place, bar and
restaurant, just on the waterfront facing the Copenhagen. Walking distance along
the canals to the Conference venue is 15-20 minutes. All bookings has to made by

. There are ONLY 48 beds, so please book very fast if you want to be sure to get

The Hotel Mercure special offer on the 18th is made by
them in cooperation with LUFTMADRASSEN. Hotel Mercure is placed 2 minutes walk
from the Central Station and City Hall of Copenhagen by "Vesterport Station".
Accommodation in triple rooms (filled up with 3 persons - limit is 8 rooms/24
people) will be 34 EURO (250 D.KR) per person, including tax and breakfast or
102 EURO (750 D.KR) for the whole room. Rooms for two persons and single rooms
are also available that night for respectively 45 EURO or 75 EURO per person.
