Southern
California IASD Regional is pleased to announce the “Dreams in a Changing
World” conference. It will be held on 9/17/11 on the beautiful campus
of Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
Our dreams are manifestations of not only the
physical world, but also our internal world. When we dream, the lines between
these two realities blur. Dreams provide a creative plane in which to view our world and process
change. As changes in our world take place, they affect our dreams -- just as
when inner conflicts take place, they affect our outer world. In this one-day
conference, we will explore how our dreams help us cope with these changes, how
our internal perspectives can affect the course of change, and how we can work
with our dreams to change our world. Our keynote speaker was
Jeremy Taylor, D.Min presenting
"Dreams,
the Workshop of Evolution: Working with Dreams in Midst of Collective
Transformation"
The conference included workshops, panels, and presentations on various
aspects of dreams including: lucid dreaming, clinical use, spirituality,
cultural dreams in a time of crisis, and much, much more. CE units were
available.
Presenters included :
