Title of Work:  “Cercle du Rêve” - “The Dream Circle”
Medium:          Oil on Acrylic
Date Created:   June, 2007

In anticipation of my pilgrimage to France in 2007, I had this dream several weeks before my departure.
I was with a group in a circle, and when I looked up high above us I saw a brilliant purple light.
The feeling tone of the dream was ethereal and floating. It was as if in my mind’s eye the vantage point was an aerial view.

At this pilgrimage, I was asked to assist and facilitate a dream group.

Many of the participants had dreams in advance of their voyage, and almost all of the symbols were religious and spiritual in nature. In the process of painting the dream, it seemed natural that the purple
light would shower over and illuminate all of us.

Title of Work:       Dream On
Medium:               Photography

While visiting Albuquerque and Santa Fe recently, I was captivated by the interior of this old train station.
I wanted to capture the blown out windows, the decrepit old flooring, and the magnificent light streaming through the building and windows.

The eerie white smoke is frankincense. While taking the photo, it felt so perfect for the backdrop of a dream or ‘picture- ready’ for the movies of our mind at night.

“No ticket needed to board the dream train, just go to sleep”
