About ten year ago I had a dream that I was creating objects from paper pulp--luminous, beautiful items which I just loved myself and others were attracted to as well. I felt strong and vital in the dream and so happy. After I woke up I went to the library and found exactly two books on the "new books" shelf--one was on how to cast paper pulp into bowls, and the other was on following your dream wisdom. So I began a long and compatible relationship with casting paper, which has evolved into creating handmade bowls for bowl-and-bead meditation. The beads dropping into the bowl, as you state your affirmation or prayer, create sound waves which will carry your intention out into the universe to gather up energy. Sample meditation: "I am at peace. I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with all. I send peace into the world."
