After dreaming of losing my horse in the dark water I felt the need to incubate a rescue dream and used this painting to do it.  And in this dream I dove down into the dark water where there seemed to be many lost souls.  I found my horse and with some effort managed to ride him up and out to freedom.

In this dream, I am floating out in a harbor, in a survival suit that is very thick and cumbersome, but I am attempting to float out of the harbor to an unknown destination, and feeling as though I am getting nowhere, when this luminous  being on a beautiful white horse comes galloping across the top of the water. As she is hovering over me I suddenly find myself pulled free of the survival suit and on the back of a black stallion.  We then gallop across the water to a path along the shore.  I can sense her following me.  I am thirded with the freedom and exciting ride when suddenly my horse slips off the path just as we were approaching a cobble stone bridge and we fall into some deep, dark water.  I suddenly come out and hover over the water watching for my horse to come out too.  The Angel is next to me and smiling, I feel encouraging me to summon the horse out.  I called and called " Come on, Come on.  Come up!!"  But then I awaken sad and sobbing.
