Stanley Krippner, PhD is a key figure in the world of dream studies. He is a professor of psychology at Saybrook University, and a Fellow in four divisions of the American Psychological Association. He is a former director of the Maimonides Medical Center Dream Research Lab, and has taught and lectured widely on such topics as PTSD, shamanism, and anomalous experiences.

Dr. Krippner has authored or co-authored several books about dreams and related areas of human experience, including: Personal Mythology: Using Ritual, Dreams, and Imagination to Discover Your Inner Story; Dreamtime and Dreamwork: Decoding the Language of the Night; and Extraordinary Dreams and How to Work with Them.

Rosemary Gosselin BJ, MSW is a psychotherapist practicing in a rural community in Ontario, Canada. She trained in New York with Donald Kalsched and taught Clinical Social Work at Fordham University. Her relationship with dreams is influenced by Jung, Woodman, and the IASD, where she enjoys listening and presenting.

Our collective unconscious is a living storehouse of tribal memories. Dreams tap into this rich reservoir to promote our evolution as a species. We are being called now to reconnect to our roots and re-view our dreams through a broader, deeper cultural lens. Audience participation and dream images welcome!

 Teresa L. DeCicco, PhD is a professor, researcher and author in the areas of dreams, dreaming and Spiritual Psychology. She has presented her work on TV and radio and in lectures throughout the world.  Her new book is entitled “Living Beyond the Five Senses: The Emergence of a Spiritual Being”.

Living Beyond the Five Senses: Unraveling the Mystery of Dreams-Science or Spirituality?

In this presentation Dr. DeCicco will discuss how research and spirituality each explain the nature of dreaming to some extent, and how they actively interact with each other.  Dr. DeCicco will bring specific examples of dreams from each paradigm and introduce a new model attempting to explain the nature of dreaming.
